Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care Nursing Summit; Sept 25-26, 2016

Boston Children’s Hospital is pleased to host Connect – Share – Impact: Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care Nursing Summit, September 25 – 26, 2015, at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School, in the heart of Boston’s famed Longwood medical center neighborhood.

The summit creates a unique platform for nurses to:

– Discuss the unique challenges and opportunities in pediatric and neonatal critical care
– Collectively identify trends in pediatric and neonatal critical care nursing that should be addressed
– Share best practices  that nurses are able to  institute into their organizations
– Grow their professional network
– Prepare for pediatric / neonatal care certification and obtain continuing education credits

Upon successful completion of the program 11 continuing nursing education contact hours will be provided by Boston Children’s Hospital. Boston Children’s Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Association Massachusetts, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Preceding the summit, Boston Children’s will conduct an all-day certification review class on September 24, providing nurses who attend the summit an opportunity for instruction on topics and  materials necessary for certifications in pediatric / neonatal care. Upon successful completion of either of the full day review courses, 8 continuing nursing education contact hours will be provided by Boston Children’s Hospital.Both pediatric and neonatal pre conferences start at 7:30am and end at 6pm and will be held at One Autumn Street, Boston, MA.
