Pediatric Simulation Multi-Day Instructor Workshop: Starship Hospital

Background: A multi-day comprehensive instructor training workshop for pediatric/perinatal simulation faculty. In 2011, SIMPeds partnered with Starship Hospital Simulation Program in Auckland, New Zealand to develop an on-site pediatric simulation center. The aim of the course is to train health professionals to co-ordinate and run their own crisis simulation programs at the point of care (in clinical areas).

Format: 3 days from 8am-5pm

Venue: Starship Children’s Hospital

Frequency: Bi-Yearly
